Forest Plan
Since late 2018, the redevelopment plan has had dozens of variations to incorporate suggestions from our neighbors.
The final site plan, approved in December 2022, is shown below and consists of a total of 372 units comprised of 94 single-family homes and 278 townhomes. All homes will be available to purchase and will not be offered as rental properties.
