6. The landscape buffer along the south property line of the northern portion of Pod C, abutting the existing residential Pod Phase 11I-C-1 within P.B. 44, pages 158-159 as identified on PMP-1, shall be maintained as a Type 2 Incompatibility Buffer. In addition to the required planting of the Type 2 buffer, the following shall be provided: a. a minimum 2 foot high continuous berm; and, b. a minimum 6 foot high continuous opaque hedge.
