7. The landscape buffer along the west property line, abutting the existing residential Pod Phase IIIA within P.B. 39, pages 88-89 as identified on PMP-1, shall be maintained as a Type 2 Incompatibility Buffer. In addition to the required planting of the Type 2 buffer, the following shall be provided: a. a minimum 2 foot high continuous berm; and, b. a minimum 6 foot high continuous opaque hedge.
