We wanted to provide the following update regarding the Forest Oaks Golf Course redevelopment:

After two years of meetings and working with the County and the entire Lucerne Lakes neighborhood, the Palm Beach County Commission voted to approve our plan for the Forest Oaks Golf Course redevelopment. We believe our plan will help improve property values and provide numerous benefits to the entire neighborhood. We are now beginning the process of implementing the project plan.

Commitment to Being Good Neighbors

We would like to thank all the residents who supported our proposal and worked with us to improve the plan. Also, we acknowledge some residents are still apprehensive about our project, but we are committed to working with you every step of the way. Our goal and commitment are to be responsive, engaging and work to minimize impacts from the project. We look forward to be collaborative and good partners during the process.

As part of our ongoing efforts to communicate with you and your neighbors, we have begun working on an updated website that will provide a project timeline, an FAQ page, and other detailed information regarding the status of the project as it moves forward.
