Success with the SFWMD

Good news! The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) has tentatively accepted the design methodology proposed by our team. We expect to formally resubmit our plans for approval this week.

Our civil engineering representative recently met with the SFWMD to discuss our conceptual drainage design plans for the Forest Oaks golf course area and how those plans account for the historical drainage patterns of the community at large.

In addition to our current success with SFWMD, we have made our Off-The-Board submittal to Palm Beach County which will memorialize the agreed upon Conditions of Approval allowing our project to progress to the next step.
