Shortly after agreeing to purchase the golf course, Mattamy began outreach to residents, the Master Association, and the individual HOA's to share our plan and engage in a conversation with residents.
Over the last two years, we have worked consistently to address questions and concerns from various HOA's. Specifically, we have addressed concerns regarding the home style, preservation of existing lakes and canals (as feasible), open spaces in critical areas of the project, relocation of vehicular traffic access points and traffic. Following the extensive and valuable feedback from residents and HOA's, we updated the plan to include many of the issues raised by residents.

Benefits for All Lucerne Lakes Residents
✓ Repair and/or reconstruction and paving of the Lucerne Lakes Boulevard improvements.
✓ Landscaping improvements along the north side of Columbia Drive, which Lucerne Lakes Master HOA will maintain.
