PBCLD and Homes South Meetings

Here is the latest update on the preparations for the redevelopment of the Forest Oaks Golf Course: 

Meeting with PBCLD

Mattamy recently met with the Palm Beach County Land Development Agency (PBCLD) to discuss specific design features of our proposal. During the meeting, the PBCLD confirmed that our proposed features would not require approval for additional variances.

This agreement will also help improve the functionality of future maintenance of the property and ensures the entitlement process can move forward to the staff level without undue delay.

Meeting with Homes South

The Homes South HOA, as well as many of their residents, hosted our team and participated in a Q&A forum following a brief presentation summarizing our team’s progress. We elaborated on the updates that have been sent via email, answered questions regarding various design features, and discussed suggestions from residents for incorporation into the construction plans.

We will continue to provide updates throughout the redevelopment process and we look forward to working together as good neighbors.
